Swedish Customer’s Factory Tour for the Firewood Processor
On May 14, 2026, a delegation from a Swedish forestry equipment trading company came to our factory in Zibo Zichuan for a one-day visit and technical exchange. Their main focus: checking our production quality and seeing what firewood processor for sale we have.
Factory Tour: From Raw Material to Final Assembly
The visitors were first accompanied by our general manager and export sales team into the production workshop. At our Zichuan facility, they went through the hydraulic system assembly line, CNC machining center, and final testing area. The Swedish customers asked a lot of detailed questions about machining accuracy and welding quality. Their technical reps even pulled out a caliper to spotcheck several key dimensions – all results were within tolerance.
Currently, our annual output of firewood processors ranks among the top domestic manufacturers. The customers appreciated that, especially noting our well-organized 5S management. They also searched online for firewood processor for sale before the visit, which is how they first found our company. That search term brought them to our website.
Live Demo: Cutting Hardwood, Splitting Big Logs
After the workshop tour, we did a live demonstration at the testing area on the south side of the factory. Once the machine started, the hydraulic clamp grabbed the log automatically, and the operator used a joystick to control cutting and splitting – all doable by one person. We offered some logs for testing: birch and oak typical in Sweden, roughly 35-45 cm in diameter. They tested the machine for about half an hour.
Measured results on our new model 45t firewood processor: about 5-6 cubic meters of finished firewood per hour on 35 cm birch. Splitting force reached 45 tons, enough to split through oak knots in one go. They were particularly interested in the outfeed conveyor's separation effect – because we were running a firewood processor with conveyor, debris and finished wood came out fairly clean. They liked that, saying it would save them a postscreening step. When we told them we also offer a PTO version, they showed strong interest.
Technical Discussion: Customization and Nordic Working Conditions
After lunch, we sat down in the meeting room for a deeper technical talk. The Swedish team described their local habits: tractor PTO drive is more popular because forest owners already have highhorsepower tractors on site. Also, the machine must have emergency stop lanyards and antipinch guards – Sweden has strict safety certifications for forestry machinery.
Our engineers showed them the modular design options: quick-change splitting wedges, an extended infeed table up to 2 meters, and a remote control function. The customer immediately asked if we could replace the standard hydraulic oil with a low-temp version (good down to -30°C) for their first sample unit. We agreed.
Customer Feedback and Next Steps
Before leaving, the Swedish rep said he didn't expect to see such a solid firewood processor with conveyor in Zichuan. In his words, our price-performance ratio is clearly competitive, and we’re genuinely flexible with custom requests. He noted that when European buyers type firewood processor for sale into Google, they should be able to find our machines. The two sides agreed on a rough plan: ship one sample unit (a firewood processor with conveyor) to Sweden by the end of June for field testing. If that passes, sign a threeyear framework agreement and set up a consignment spare parts point. They also expressed interest in the 45t firewood processor for future orders.
No formal fluff – most of the day was spent on technical Q&A. The customers also offered to bring their service engineer next time for a more indepth disassembly and assembly training session.
We believe good equipment proves itself in real use. Overseas customers are always welcome to come to Zibo Zichuan, take a look, and try out our firewood processors for sale.
